Returns + Exchange

Whilst we will always strive for the best customer experience, delivering our pieces as pictured, it is important to note that dried and preserved elements are natural and will always vary from one to the next from colour to size - this is what makes every creation unique.

If a product is not in season or unavailable we will list this on our items and will endeavour to substitute an option that still suits the overall feel and design of the product. 

For interstate customers - we will always ensure packaging is managed to the best of our abilities however we can not always guarantee how it is handled during the shipping process so whilst a little bit of shedding or flattening may be expected from certain elements, the overall piece should not be affected and will often return to its usual self after it is unpackaged.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO INTERSTATE CUSTOMERS: Please make sure you read on each item before purchasing as some products are NOT AVAILABLE for shipping and only listed for Melbourne customers.
