THE CUSTOM PROCESS:

• We always recommend Melbourne customers book an in-store appointment to visit our Port Melbourne showroom. This allows us to showcase our wide selection of carefully curated vases and vessels before viewing our extensive range of premium dried and preserved flowers and foliage. If an in-store appointment is not possible, we also offer virtual consultations. For multiple spaces, we can provide a site visit to your home or space for an additional fee (note: this applies to Victoria only, and an invoice will be provided at booking confirmation and must be paid prior to your consultation). 

• Once we have considered colour, ambience and scale of your home or space, we will collectively make flower and vase selections to suit, guided by our experts.

• A deposit is needed before the making commences. We allow up to one alteration or review if needed to tweak or amend your arrangement as we always strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their final Palmier creation.
