Named for the romantic Portuguese hill town where palaces rise from the mist, a smooth, charcoal-dark vase made to be collected, not just displayed.

The Sintra is shaped by the same dreamlike spirit as its namesake: the Portuguese hill town of pastel palaces, fog-wrapped forests and fairytale turrets. Its rounded, urn-like silhouette is finished in a deep, smoky charcoal that shifts with the light, and like every Palmier vessel it is thrown and finished by hand, so no two are ever identical. As an entry point to the collection, Sintra carries all our craft in a form that slips easily onto a shelf, mantel or console. A collectible to begin with, and to build a collection around.

This piece is not watertight, making it perfect for arrangements of dried and preserved flowers. For fresh arrangements, we suggest placing a watertight vessel within the vase.
